Confirmation Policy

Each appointment must be confirmed by providing card details at the time of booking. Failure to confirm the appointment within 3 hours will result in automatic cancellation.

• Please note that we do not charge any amount before the start of the appointment. 
The card information is solely required for our cancellation policy.

Late Arrival Policy

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, it will be considered a missed appointment. In such cases, a 100% fee will be charged. However, we will accommodate
the remaining time of the booking by performing a partial procedure.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly request a minimum notice of 48 hours in advance.

• Failure to provide sufficient notice will result in charges to your card.
• For cancellations or rescheduling made less than 48 hours in advance, a charge of 50% of the booked service cost will be applied.
  
• In the event of a "no show" (failure to appear for the appointment), the full payment for  the service will be charged. We strictly adhere to this policy without exceptions.
  

Rescheduling Policy

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, we appreciate receiving a notice at least 72 hours 
in advance via a text message or booking app.

• It is important to note that rescheduling an appointment within 48 hours before the scheduled procedure is considered a cancellation, according to our policy.
